My mother had gotten this through my account and I was happy to say that I didn't mind. We got a huge bottle of the bubbles from Walmart and filled it up- making sure it was sealed of course- before putting it on her cake. She was surprised and let the other kids blow some bubbles too! She was more happy with that than many of her gifts- something that is rare.

This was actually a cake topper, not exactly a toy, so the educational value really doesn't apply. I was very happy with this product and it was exactly what I had expected to receive. Very satisfied with the product and the seller.
